Senior Implementation consultant
Function
As Senior implementation consultant, your responsibility is to implement developed software at customers both in Belgium and abroad. Your function consist of coaching customers through an entire implementation traject, starting with the analysis of their requirements, analysing the business drivers, determining the necessary KPI's and setting the base line. In the preliminary traject you determine the implementation strategy with the customer. After the implementation trjact, you keep supporting the customers as they start to use the new functionality and migrate to new versions. During the implementation traject, your activities are mainly:
• Setup and execute Change Management processes
• Understand customer needs and translate them in functional specifications
• Configure, test and document proposed solutions
• Train key-users or end users
• Implement solutions at the customer including functional aspects
• Organize and execute projects that focus on configuring our software products
• Design and describe administrative organizations
• Design , engineer and implement management reporting systems
• Design and describe internal control measures
• setup and organize database conversion strategies
• Setup & Support a project organization
• Guide functional change management processes in collaboration with the customer
• Advise on software configuration settings
• Propose improvements of our products to the development teams based your field experience
Requirements
• Minimum 5 year relevant business experience
• Project management skills that allow you to plan , execute and follow up smaller (<100 man days) projects
• Diploma Business Administration (Master Level)
• Team player, professional and pro active attitude
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• experience in managing implementation projects is a surplus
• Driving License
• Willing to travel abroad for (short) periods of time
• Excellent spoken and written Knowledge of English, French and Dutch
