Real Time Maintenance Management
In our Real Time Maintenance Management Solution work orders and repair of appliances are registered and monitored in Maintain-IT. Again, the traditional way of working is adapted to the real-time and event-driven capabilities of the PearlChain solution. This is for example possible through an automatic interaction between the device in question and the application or registration by the mechanic on any device. Just think about the maintenance of lifts: the lift keeps a record of how many times it went up and down. After x number of 'journeys', the lift should be checked. This information is redirected in real time to Maintain-IT which automatically generates a work order.
PearlChain calculates the route of the different technicians to the building where the equipment is located and sends the workorder to the most appropriate employee, taking into account the SLA's of the different contracts they are working on.
Other examples of such work orders are preventive orders, replacement of parts, the replenishment of equipment, review of "dangerous" devices, etc.
These orders are controlled as in every classical EAM system, but the online and real-time scheduling provides the best use of your technicians. Not only the OEE, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, will increase, but also the OTE, Overall Technician Effectiveness.
For repetitive preventive maintenance contracts are made, based on maintenance deal sheets. The rules for these deal sheets are modeled in Shape-IT.
Equipment, spare parts, repairs, stock, contracts and purchase orders are managed in Manage-IT.
