altManage-IT provides full ERP coverage with core functions integrated in the package. It could either be used as stand-alone ERP system or together with the other SCM modules available in the Pearlchain suite.

Among others following business processes are fully supported in the ERP solution:

  • Contract to sell (customer, dealsheet, offer, order)
  • Purchase to pay (supplier, dealsheet, order, receipting, invoicematching)
  • Plan to produce (Available to promise, material requirements planning, finite capacity planning, supply chain planning, production follow up, quality measuring and traceability)
  • Order to cash (picking,packaging, shipping, invoicing)
  • Integration with Account-IT for finance and controlling


The following principles / characteristics apply:

  1. General view:
    • Manage-IT is a modern and feature rich ERP system, which is integrated in the PearlChain total value chain solutions or can be used as stand alone. The solution fits for products, projects or services
    • Functionalities to be modeled in Shape-IT via the model driven approach, allowing for unprecedented flexibility and adaptability to perfectly fit client needs
    • Can be seamlessly integrated in the value chain of manufacturers and suppliers to the mass distribution
  2. From a functionality aspect:
    • A special feature are enhanced capabilities along collaboration and PearlChain’s "dealsheet" which determines how customers, suppliers, products, projects and services deal with each other in a generic way
    • Sales orders cover different types (e.g. standard, return, consignment, reservation, EDI), statuses, a comprehensive list of characteristics and multiple follow-up possibilities (e.g. credit control, goods movement)
    • Also procurement covers again different types, statuses, characteristics and follow-up functions
